Jake Worthington is 20 years old and from La Porte, TX. In 2014, under the guidance of Blake Shelton, he was named “Runner-Up” on NBC’s “The Voice”. In 2015, he released his debut EP that debuted at #44 on Billboard Country. The 1st single from the EP “Just Keep Falling In Love” reached top 50 on The Music Row Chart and Top 30 on the Texas Chart. The music video for the song was featured on CMT, GAC and many other outlets. Jake Worthington and his band have a passion for bringing joy to families who have a child undergoing tough medical circumstances.
